Ammunition Dice
My table has really enjoyed using ammunition dice instead of tracking ammo 1 by 1.
Basically whenever you make an attack with a ranged weapon, you also roll it's ammunition die. On a 1, the die goes down a step (eg. D12>D10) and on anything else it remains where it is. If you roll a 1 on your D4, you have 1 arrow remaining.
It's very intuitive, quick to do (just roll an extra die whenever you attack) and removes the boring book keeping of tracking ammo
